GPIO 15 should be pulled down to the GND.
You should properly set/init this port on boot.

I've connected GPIO15 to GND via 10K resistor.
Problem is same.

I am trying to flash Sonoff Socket firmware in Sonoff Basic R2 module. Flashing shows success but there is no ssid broadcast no led blinking and garbage values on putty Baudrate used on putty 74880 and 115200.

config

boot file address 0x00000
sonoff socket firmware 0x01000
esp_int 0xFC000
flash size 1 MB
baud rate 115200
SPI speed 40MHz
SPI Mode DOUT

USB to TTL device used "PL2303" and "arduino uno as USB to TTL".

Tools used to flash "Nodemcu firmware programmer" and "ESP flash download tool". What could be the problem? Am I missing anything?

Can anyone help me. I am pressing the GPIO 0 button before powering up the Sonoff Basic R2 to enter it into flash mode. Never had this problem earlier.
