Could you please send screenshots from the app (general, schedule, settings)?

From what we can see the antifreeze is on (is shall start at 10 degrees in the older models). It works even when the heater is on standby (hence the red dot on the display).

You'd have to unplug the heater to deactivate antifreeze. That should help for the time being, specially since you do not have any schedule set and the heaters are to be off anyway.

Another option is to in the app set the temperature to the lowest possible value (10 degrees) and reduce the temperature in the eco mode to 5 degrees (the third setting from the top). For this option to work, however, the heaters must be on and scheduled in the eco mode 24/7.

Please let us know if you decide to try this, because this may not work if the model is too old.
