I want to control one of the power supply from phase 1, the other from phase 2, and relay 3 and 4 will only control the closing of the circuit without voltage, the question is whether it is fully safe, is it 100% certain that the phases they will not meet or they will not switch to relays 3 and 4 in the event of an uncontrolled situation.
