Bez logów nic tu nie zdziałamy. Ale pewnie brakuje pamięci, bo częstotliwość odczytów jest teraz ustawiona 1min więc prawdopodobieństwo wywalenia jest większe niż kiedyś.

Wg mnie to problem jest bardziej przy linkach niż przy OLED. Zobacz najnowszą wersję, czy coś pomogło. @krycha88 znalazłem na dysku ten sam soft w wersji GG v7.10.7 (narzeczona wczoraj mi narzekała ze miga oświetlenie poprzez te restarty wemosa) i wróciło do normy działa idealnie taka sama kofiguracja tyle samo linków, z tym że mam to poprzednie sterowanie oledem.. ale lepsze to jak restartujący się wemos.. więc kolejna aktualizacja to wymiana na esp32..
Zobacz jeszcze ile ile pamięci jest dostępne w wcześniejszej wersji a aktualnej, ta sama konfiguracja ten sam wemos.

Te wersja które podałeś, różnią się sposobem przechowywania configa urządzenia w bibliotece oraz dodaniem wsparcia dla termostatu. Niestety jak widać, nowy sposób przechowywania danych zjada znaczącą ilość pamięci - na co ja nie mam wpływu

Sprawdziłem raz jeszcze i mając dwa linki dla temp i wilgotnośći moduł sie już restartuje praktycznie co 1min, mając jeden link jeszcze działa ale niestabilnie bo juz niewiele potrzeba aby zrestartował sie, bo wystarczy po interfejsie www troche szybciej poklikać i jest w stanie sie zrestartować..

Te błędy OOM to brak pamięci RAM. Pozostałe błędy na 99% wynikają też z braku pamięci, tylko pewnie brakuje gdzieś sprawdzania, czy udało się zaalokować i po prostu wywala się bardziej spektakularnie.

@klew Ja w GG wymyśliłem sobie to w taki sposób, że wczytuję tylko do pamięci wartości które są mi potrzebne do prawidłowego działania i steruję nimi odpowiednimi flagami przy kompilacji.
