Can we make IR blaster in gui-generic-builder?
to switch on/off tv, ac, temparature control etc.

So if you ask about current capability, then answer is no.
If you ask about if it is possible to be done, then answer is yes.
If you ask if somebody will do it, then I guess, that sooner or later somebody will do it (most probably later).
