How to rest the MEW-01 counters

Hello,
could you pls kindly advise, whether and how I can reset counters on my MEW-01
DeviceID: 3026
GUID: 6C0D00D7-2667-5FDC-1175-42FB5AE93A86
SoftVer: 2.8.31
Even if there is RESET line, when I connect my MEW in configuration mode via mobile phone, it still doesn't allow me to type anything in there. After typing YES to the upgrade line above, nothing happened so far.

You can update firmware on your MEW then you'll have option to reset counters from Cloud interface. I don't remember which sw version introduced that. Maybe you already have it on current version.

Please keep in mind that reseting counters will ruin your meter history on Cloud. It is recommended to delete history as well when you reset counters.

Could you please advise, how can I upgrade the firmware , when typing YES to the UPGRADE line just doesn't do anything ? Apologize may it is trivial question, but haven't find the answer so far ... Thank you all for help ...

Where should I type it, when I just cannot put cursor to the RESET line and type there anything ?

Set "Firmware update" to "YES" and then click "Save & Restart".
