Cannot connect Radiators to Wi-Fi?

I’ve changed it to 2.4ghz but it still says SSID not found? If I try to manually add Heatpol… it then says no internet connection?? Please help!!

Check if the network name matches. Letter size matters. Make sure there is no whitespace at the end or beginning. Make sure your device is within wifi range.

I have the same issue but it is solved after checking the name of the network. Thanks for your sharing.
