Varilight dimmer won’t connect

I have set my dimmer up multiple times but it won’t show in the app and just keeps flashing slow. Here is screen shot of message once I have set it up

Please switch the dimmer to configuration mode by holding the knob for at least 5 seconds until the knob backlight starts flashing. Connect to the Wi-Fi network emitted by the dimmer. Open the website http://192.168.4.1 and post a screenshot of the page's header here.
