Hi,
At the start of setting up I put the dimmer module into config mode and see the SUPLA-xxxxx network but I can't connect. Every time I get a message which says Unable to connect to ....
I've tried with an iPhone 15 max with the latest version of the IOS dev beta but also an iPhone X with IOS 16. I've also tried to connect via that Macbook and a Windows laptop. I've completed a soft reset on both iPhones as well.
I should say that I'm in a complex apartment building. At the moment I can probably see around 12 SSIDs.
Has anybody suffered the same fate? I did wonder if I unscrewed the plate and exposed the modules, the signal would be stronger.
Anything else anybody could suggest? TIA

Do you have a Tenda router? If you don't have one, maybe a neighbor? If this is the case, you must first take the dimmer out of the Tenda router's network range and update it. Only after the update try again for yourself.
SUPLA.... Nareszcie w domu.
