Bad Credentials in iPhone app

I just created an account and following the instructions I am trying to log into the iPhone app but keep getting 'Bad Credentials' error.

I am using 'svr1.supla.org' for server address and id/pw from the identifiers in my account. I even tried adding a new identifier but keep getting the error.

My only guess is that svr1.supla.org is either down or incorrect.

Any ideas?

Did you entered email address or number id ?

I entered the 'caption' as indicated in the example on the web page which was the email address.

I just tried again using the id and now it works. Thanks.
