Heatpol Wifi radiator running through HA and Supla app

My problem is that the recorded or displayed current temperature is constantly showing 20c. I can turn the heater on/off, control the thermostat and modes OK to set the desired temperature, but the actual temperature shown does not appear to change. Can you help?

Just to add to this, it was working fine for a while but the temperature reading appears now frozen, the model is a "Heatpol Home+ Heater"

Yes, graph shows a contant temperature in the app

This is quite unusual. Usually if a thermometer is damaged it will either show random values ​​or nothing. I suggest contacting the manufacturer/distributor.
