multiple users for self hosted web

Hello I have self hosted docker instance, how to I make multiple users access the same devices? we use it in company to monitor electricity usage. I know how to pair mobile app bud for this web ui is better.
when I make a new user its blank account...

You enter the same email address on each smartphone (no need to enter a password) and manage them from the cloud.

this works, thank you, but only for the mobile app, if I want to access web UI
for example I want this to be accessible for other users than me, ideally that I wont share password and admin privileges

There is no such possibility. Cloud is intended only for the administrator.
