Heatpol heater not connecting.

Hi,

I connected my heater once and it worked okay, but I got confused and deleted my account. I created a new account and when I try to connect the heater it tells me ‘registration disabled’ I have attached a picture. Is there a way to fix this ?

Go to Cloud and enable registration

Hi sorry I forgot to mention that it is active, don’t know if there’s anything else I can do.

You're probably connecting to a different account. Show us what you have on 192.168.4.1.
