Hi there,
I have successfully connected one Home+ from Heatpol radiator. I cannot add more.
When I try to add the failed radiators, the confirmation screen either says registered and ready or nothing. Even when marked registered and ready, they do not appear in the SUPLA app.
Can you please advise?
Thank you,
Peter

Hi there,
Can you please help me understand the timeframe around "soon" - is that a week, a month or three months? And how will I be made aware & access this guide?
Thank you.
Peter

This fix is now available.
1. Switch the heater to pairing mode by holding the lower button for at least 5 seconds
2. Connect to the WiFi network broadcast by the heater
3. Open the page http://192.168.4.1
4. Fill in the access data to the WiFi network
5. In the email field, enter: [email protected]
6. In the server address field, enter: svr11.supla.org
7. Switch "Firmware update" to "YES"
8. Press the "Save & Restart" button. If there is no button, then "Save", then disconnect the heater from the power supply and reconnect it.
Wait a few minute, and try adding to your account from the application level using the standard procedure. After the update, the heater should have a different GUID and firmware version 2.8.63.

Unfortunately the firmware is not updated. It is still 2.7.12, although I've tried to update it twice.

And the GUID that appears in the web browser is still the same for at least two devices.
