Iphone widżet i centrum sterowania

Czy jest możliwość i jak dodać do centrum sterowania widżet otwarcia i zamknięcia rolety w Iphonie ?

Tak, jest taka możliwość. Najpierw trzeba w aplikacji zdefiniować odpowiednie akcje dla tej rolety (Ustawienia -> Akcje dla widżetów/CarPlay). A potem już normalnie w centrum sterowania dodajemy widżet i wybieramy z listy Suplę.

Tak samo jak dodałeś pierwszy. Ale to co pokazałeś to jest widżet akcji, a centrum sterowania u mnie wygląda tak:
