Communication of the Electric Energy monitor is blocked by the Chinese cellular operator.
We need some data for their whitelist like IP address for ongoing communication, which domain, etc.

When IP address is changing, then would be best set whole IP address range, and I cannot go to China to check which address should be set in the Whitelist.
Plase, would you tell us whole address range for that?

There is no such possibility. When migrating servers we do not know what address will be sent to the new machine.
