I’m not technical can have tried several times with multiple devices to load the new v-pro dimmer to the Supla app so I can use it with Alexa but it won’t appear in the Home Screen so Alexa can’t locate it. Attaché the same message I get after every attempt to pair can someone help?

Are you sure your network is operating on the 2.4GHz band? Does your router have any limits? Have you tried connecting the dimmer via a hotspot? How does the button backlight behave?

Yes correct router band, it has no limits, I have 3 plugs that work off the smart life app no issues, this is the first one added via Supla and first light switch, works fine as a manual switch back like blink slow and blue and when pairing fast and blue , I don’t know what you mean by a hotspot if you mean connect to the hotspot on my mobile instead of the Wi-Fi for the router I tried that but it asks to connect to the router every time in the Supla app, there is no option to select a hotspot

If it's flashing slowly, it's unable to connect to Wi-Fi or the server. Perhaps your router is blocking outgoing traffic on TCP port 2016? Put the dimmer in pairing mode. Connect to its Wi-Fi network. Open the website http://192.168.4.1 and enter the access details for your phone's hotspot.

You said to do the hotspot that’s my phones hotspot , if you don’t mean the one on my phone then I don’t know what you mean by a hotspot. As I said it did everything and said it had registered with the Wi-Fi it just won’t appear in the app. Plus it keeps getting hot assume that’s because it keeps searching for the Wi-Fi. Can this be fixed or do I need to get the electrician back out to remove it and get a refund ? Not that it covers the cost of 2 electrics jobs!
