I am using older version of android application and couldn't login using Access Identifiers. Does that feature is still available?
Smartphone registration is On, Location is also assigned to Access Identifier, Access Identifier is also enabled.
I also tried to change the access identifier but the problem was same.

Its getting connected using Access Identifiers on latest android app.

Why can't you update? Nevertheless, it should work. We have not changed anything regardless the Access ID authentication.

So why do not you want to use the latest version?
The oldest version uses an outdated ssl library.
