Radiators coming on unexpectedly

I have 3 radiators in a holiday home that come on unexpectedly. I have them on a standby mode where I can turn them on and off remotely. But they turn themselves on and this does not show up in the app. I know this because when I visit the home the radiators are hot and I can also see from my electricity provider app that energy is being used. Not sure if this is a frost setting but I don't need this. How can I ensure that I have total control of the heating and they cannot come on automatically without turning them off altogether.

What specific devices are these? Can you show a photo of the device in the described situation and a screenshot of the app?

What's in the details? What's in the schedules?

I do not have any schedules set. I operate them manually if I am at home or via the app when I am away from home. They are usually in standby mode and then i can turn them on and off by using the app. Two of the three radiators come on by themselves although the app still shows them as being off.

If a problem occurs, send a photo of the heater display and screenshots of the application, but in detail, i.e. what is visible in all places, i.e. the channel list, the screen after entering the channel, settings, schedule.

The display on the radiator control shows a single light. It does not show any temperature. However it has heat coming from it. The app also shows it is off. So when I look at it when away from home there is no way of knowing it is on. And no way of turning the heat down or off because the app is already indicating as being off.
