The device appears to be having trouble connecting to the server. This may be a Wi-Fi or internet connection issue. Put the device into pairing mode by holding the bottom button for 5 seconds, until the dot on the display starts flashing. Connect to the device's Wi-Fi network. Open the page http://192.168.4.1 in incognito mode and upload a screenshot of the header.

No flashing light appears when I hold the button down.

Are you sure you're entering pairing mode correctly? Please see page 3 of this document:

When all the lights on the display go out the buttons on the radiator become unresponsive.
The remote control still works, though.

I've tried turning off the power to reboot which sometimes works, but so far I haven't been able to get it into pairing mode.

Do you have a Tenda router?

No, Plusnet.

None of my other WiFi enabled devices lose connection, including my Hive heating.

Is there a way to convert the radiator to Hive?

I don't know what Hive is. Then unplug the heater and plug it back in. Try putting it into pairing mode.

I’m having the exact same issues with my towel radiator.. very frustrating as it’s on all the time & just not pairing up.
Please post if you’ve found a solution.
Thanks

Have you managed to add it to your SUPLA account and it is shown as offline in mobile app (red dots on a list)?
Or do you struggle with adding/pairing it to Wi-Fi and account?
Please share more details, screenshots etc.

I think I’ve cracked it! Completely deleted the app from phone, reinstalled & logged in. Turned off power supply to radiator whilst doing this, then turned back on & it’s allowed me to reconfigure & connect. Will see how long it stays connected this time 🤞🏻
Must be a Wi-Fi issue or something related
