esp 8266 doesn't work

I followed the instructions and successfully flashed the esp8266 using NODEMCU FIRMWARE PROGRAMMER but after that esp 8266 doesn't show SUPLA-ESP8266 What should I do ?

What do you see one the console (for example via putty connected to the module) ?
SUPLA.... Nareszcie w domu.
