Get into config mode automatically

Hi everyone , i have a problem i wish that some one can help me.
I used the "esp12F" or "esp 01" to make a gate module . it work properly but after some time (2...11 days) it stopped automatically and get into config mode. i have make many test but i can't find the problem i used the Gate module source code (with some changes) and electronique simatic from github.
when i open the 192.168.1.4 intrface the last state was :Domain not fond

This is a known problem. Most likely in the espressif library layer.
Change the server's domain to ip.

thanks a lot,
but it doesn't happen when i use the old (from 1 year ago) flash for esp 01 it's that normal??

As I have already written. The problem is known but we do not know the reason.
