Waiting activation email...3 days!

I have been waiting 3 days for an activation email (which is not in my Junk mail!) and need to activate my account or can not use the app...any suggestions??

Try to login at https://cloud.supla.org/login.
Then your will probably see message
"Your account has not been confirmed yet.
Please click the link we have sent you after the registration to proceed.
