How and where to connect power to this set?

power is 5v, both Wemos com nodemcu have micro usb connector to power from a mobile phone charger

And if I want to connect the power supply from the power supply, then the pins: 5v and G?
Is it out there or is it somewhere ??

If you mean to compensate the temperature of Ds18b20 the answer is no.
in a test between a total of 20 sensors the maximum difference was 0.5º which makes it unnecessary to compensate.

sure that the NTC of the Ariston thermostat is factory calibrated for a precision of 0.01º
