Disconnected Problem

I was testing the gate firmware on ESP-12-E. My connections were 3v3 to Vcc and En, ground to GND and gpio15. I connected ESP-12-E to the wifi and to the server. In starting everything was right I was able to give command from my Phone, but after 2-3 hours later the device didn't connected. The blue led started to blink it glows for 2 seconds and gets off for around 4-5 second. I tried to put it in config mode, I restarted it but no luck. It shows disconnected on server and Phone. Can anyone tell me what is happening?
