Dimmer flashing blue wont connect

Switch the dimmer with problem to configuration mode. Go to http://192.168.4.1 and upload screenshots. Then switch the module that is running to configuration mode. Connect to his wifi network. Go to http://192.168.4.1 and send screenshots too.
