Looks like I have the same problem others are having. New install, 2 gang dimmer. The manual dimmer works fine but after 1 day, the devices are showing red in the app and disconnected on cloud. They are also flashing blue slowly. They go into config mode but wont connect. Any ideas before I take it out and send it back for a refund?

LAS STATE: Wifi connecting....
Firmware 2.8.55
Wifi settings showing SSID password is blank. adding the password and restarting does nothing

Thanks. Definitely 2.4ghz, one of the dimmers has just randomly connected itself and showed up in the app without me even configuring it! The other still wont connect or show up. No idea. It should just work for this amount of moneypzygmunt wrote: Thu Oct 12, 2023 11:27 am Check what WiFi encryption you have? Check what channel the router is on and whether it works on 2.4Ghz. Verify that the dimmer is within range of the router.

It usually just works. If it doesn't work, in 99.99% of cases it is related to problems with the user's WiFi network. Maybe when you tried to configure the dimmer, you configured the second one? When the dimmer is connected, touch the icon (i) in the application and post a screenshot here. Maybe a router with some limits? Maybe you exceeded the DHCP pool?

I'm definitely not trying to config the wrong dimmer. When I try and config, it just doesnt appear in the app. The other one appeared without config!!
