I’ve just purchased another radiator with the same Home element and even though I’ve got full WiFi signal and I can run through the set up procedure to add the new device, once it shows on my dashboard, it has a status of disconnected.
I have brought the radiator/ device into the living room where the main router is. I’ve run the set up and it does exactly the same thing, so it cant be a signal issue
Any help would be greatly appreciated
