Hi I have a home + heater for a radiator. I have linked the skill but Alexa will not discover the device…if it is not compatible then why and is there a workaround?

Currently, Supla integration with Alexa and Google Home does not support these heaters. In the future, we plan to expand the integration with thermostats, which will also include heaters, but it will take time.
