Home+ radiator not saving weekly schedule

I have installed an electric radiator with home+ heater. App installed. I have set a weekly schedule with maximum and minimum temperatures as per instructions. They last less than a day before they vanish as if I'd never set them. The radiator therefore ignores them. It seems like the app's weekly scheduling feature just doesn't work? Any solutions because right now I can't find any anywhere and will need to replace with a different WiFi element and programmer.

Yes I am two days in and it hasn't worked at all. I have to re-enter the schedule every day, and by the next morning it is all deleted again. It doesn't save. Is there any fix?

The problem has been reproduced. Please give us a few hours to determine what is causing it and fix it.

It should be OK now. Please confirm.
The heater saved the schedule but the application after re-entering it could not read them from the server.
