Dimmer keeps turning off…

I recently installed 2no dimmer switches, each controlling 4no LED down lights. One of the dimmer switches has started arbitrarily turning off this evening for no apparent reason whether controlled by the SUPLA app, Alexa or physically by the dimmer switch. And ideas as to why? TIA

What light source is connected there (manufacturer/model)? What settings in the application (min/max)? Post a screenshot.

The switch controls 4no dimmable LEDS (manufacturer unknown). The arbitrary switching off happens whether they have been turned on manually, via the app or by Alexa and at any state of brightness. It can take anything from 1-2 minutes up to 20mins before they randomly just switch themselves off….

Thank you. I’m exploring different ‘modes’ now to see if that helps stabilise them

I believe the problem has been solved by changing the mode. Since switching to mode 1 we’ve had no issues
