Hi
I've recently installed 7 Varilight V-pro Dimmer Switches at home 13-16/11/23.
I've successfully connected them to the SUPLA App and can control all functions from my Samsung Galaxy A33 5g. The Switches also work fine manually.
I've enabled the SUPLA skill on Alexa, disabled and re-enabled it several times.
Alexa manged to connect the 1st Switch on Monday, but wouldn't connect the 2nd or any others. I made some edits on Alexa and then deleted the Switch.
I deleted all the Switches from SUPLA App and then reinstalled them.
I deleted Alexa from my phone and reinstalled it.
I have tried to get Alexa to discover the Switches for the last 4 days without any luck.
I even tried Alexa Help Desk today (somewhere outside the UK, I think) and they took remote control of my phone and tried to discover the Switches without any success. It was a difficult conversation as they didn't seem to understand that I had Varilight V-pro Smart Switches using the SUPLA App.
Can anyone help me to get these Switches discovered and working on Alexa.
Regards,
Simon

Generally, there should be no problem with connecting dimmers to Alexa. To verify this on our side, I would have to connect to your account.

I found a bug in our integration with Alexa. The problem occurs after changing the location name to empty from the Supla app level. I improved our integration to solve the issue. Now check if everything is OK. Disable the skill in the Alexa app and enable it on again.

I've successfully added the 7 Switches to Alexa and everything seems to be working fine now.
Many thanks for your prompt help.

Simon
