[SAFE EGO 500 + S-FORCE Mini] Problem with opening/closing entrance gate through cloud/mobile app

Hello, I have a SAFE EGO500 single-wing entrance gate, which works as it should with the remote control, opening and closing the entrance gate nicely. The gate came with an S-FORCE Mini WiFi microchip, and I followed the manual. The cloud shows that the gate sensor is connected, but opening/closing the gate via the Supla cloud/app does not work. Where could the problem be? And which channel should be used to open/close the gate?

The cloud doesn't show whether a sensor is properly connected. The cloud only shows what inputs/outputs there are and what functions are assigned to them. It doesn't indicate whether something is connected correctly or not.
It's difficult to determine what kind of hardware this is and what software is installed. Contact the seller and ask how to connect it. Also, make sure the device is CE certified.
