Hi. Changed our router a few months back. Managed to reconnect the Home+ afterwards following a post on the forum by logging in to 192.168.4.1 and updating the router details to the new ones. Now the unit is showing as disconnected and I can't work out what to do to reconnect. Have tried adding the device again in the app, seems to complete OK but thencan't swipe across in the app for the Home+ device settings so plainly hasn't worked. Checked the router settings on the 192 page - but only manage to connect to that occasionally on laptop or phone which is odd. Sky WiFi with good coverage and speed.
Really grateful for any help on this as losing my mind!

Home+ can connect only to 2.4 GHz network. If you have a new router, then sometimes they have only 5 or 6 GHz networks enabled.neilwright616 wrote: Fri Sep 26, 2025 11:24 am Hi. So make sure that the network you are connecting to are 2.4 GHz.
You can also check if there are some details on device's www page (look for "LAST STATE"), i.e. wait few minutes after power up, then switch it to cfg mode, connect with it's Wi-Fi, go to http://192.168.4.1.
Additionally one of the dots on a display should indicate connection status. Please check if it blinks slowly (~2s) or if there is some other pattern.

Thanks. Checked and we have 2.4 channel. Turned off and back on and tried the 192 address again on my laptop and it connected. Added my Wi-Fi password back in and it then errored when I selected save and restart, so had to repeat and this and it saved the data the second time. Now seems to be online so will keep an eye on it.
Appreciate the help.
