Unable to reload radiators on new app

Good afternoon, hope someone can assist me, I am struggling yet again! I don’t know what happened but I lost my app from my iPhone, I downloaded the app but can not get it to reload my radiators to load onto it, it appears to do it all correctly but nothing happens, I have also tried to load them onto my iPad but they won’t load on to that either. I am managing to control them on the cloud but can’t see how to change timings. Please help as I am beginning to lose my mind trying to get it sorted! Chas

I don't fully understand your description. Please describe exactly what you did. Please provide screenshots from the cloud and the app. Show screenshots of any errors, if any.
