Ive got 3 lights on my network that are showing red in the app so I cannot select them.
How do I go about resolving this please?

This means these devices are having trouble connecting to the server. This is usually a Wi-Fi issue. Put the device in configuration mode and connect to its Wi-Fi network. Open http://192.168.4.1 and show the header. Specifically, the "LAST STATE" section.
