Temperature wont read - can turn on off but cant change temperature

Hi there
We had new radiators fitted this week with Heatpol electric fittings, 2000w
2 of them work absolutely fine, but one of them wont show the temperature of the radiator live, and wont let me change the temperature via the app. The controller works, lets me change manually, but this one radiator wont work properly. What is wrong?

Hello,
Please check the remote control to make sure the battery hasn't accidentally come loose, and then unpair and re-pair the remote with the controller.
This should solve the problem. Please let me know if you have any feedback.
