Download or delete history doesn't work

Hello,
I'm using Android app version 26.01 and the history delete or download os not working. Nothing happens when I click there.

I tried deleting data from cloud but I can still see it the app.

Send me a private message with the account's email address and information about which device this applies to. I'll check if you even have a history in your database.

If the history has disappeared in the cloud, clear the application data. If the history is still visible in the cloud, open the developer console, click "Delete measurement history," and upload a screenshot of the console.

The history is still visible in the cloud, I guess I didn't deleted it properly, although I think I did.
If I download the history I can see what seems to be a reset in the mesurements, at the time I deleted the first mesurements.
I don't know if this is ok.
I have this csv,
At 08/02/2026 0:10 I changed the pulses per unit.
At 08/02/2026 2:00 I saw that the previos values hadn't change de calculated value, so I deleted them. and the counter resets, but the old data is still there.

If there is no oder option I will try dleting it again. But if there is, I would prefer not to lose the data I already have.
By the way, downloading data only works in the cloud, not in the app. At least for me.

Changes to settings can affect your history. These should be implemented with caution, as they can impact your charts and sometimes require deleting the entire history. Data visible in the cloud should be equally visible in apps.
