SuplaDevice - otwieranie linków

Witam, potrzebuję Waszej pomocy. Tworzę szkic w Arduino IDE dla ESP8266 gdzie rdzeń programu ma być umieszczony w funkcji supla_timer(). Próbuję wywołać z niej funkcję openLink(), niestety https.GET() z tego miejsca zwraca -1 a wywołany z setup() działa poprawnie.
