Can we connect tasmota firmware with supla directly or via mqtt?

Supla server accepts connection only from devices which support Supla software. So you can't connect there any Tasmota or MQTT device directly.
However Supla can publish its devices to MQTT, so you can integrate it with other system in this direction.
What exactly would you like to achieve? There is firmware available for ESP8266/ESP32 in which you can configure majority of devices, so instead of trying to connect something with Tasmota, you can install there some Supla SW and use it without additional integrations.
