Aplikacja nie widzi urządzenia

Witam wszystkich mam taki problem ze aplikacja nie widzi urządzenia po dodaniu przechodzi do pustego ekranu aplikacji. na serwerze widac urządzenie idzie nawet odczytac parametry a w aplikacja brak

Jak wejdziesz w CLUD-ie w zakładkę MEW-ki, jest tam przypisany " ID dostępu " Twojego telefonu ?
