409 oznacza konflikt. Najprawdopodobniej wcześniej miałeś już swoją instancję zarejestrowaną tylko jak sądzę zgubiłeś klucz.
Napisz na [email protected] z maila na jaki rejestrowałeś instancję aby ją wyrejestrować. Wtedy zarejestrujesz ponownie.
