Zakładam nowy temat gdyz nie znalazłem nigdzie odpowiedzi. Jeśli zły dział to przepraszam.
Buduję dość skomplikowany układ - 2 PCB na kanapkę do obudowy 4-modułowej na szynę DIN. Wygenerowałem na stronie buildera GG z potrzebnymi mi opcjami (widoczne na fotkach) i mam problem. Gdy tylko podam dane na pierwszej stronie oraz przypiszę chociażby jedną rzecz (przekaźnik, PCF8574, itp) to po ponownym uruchomieniu moduł pojawi mi się na koncie supla lecz średnio co 5 sekund się zawiesza i restartuje.
Nawet jeśli uda mi się uruchomić menu konfiguracyjne (szybkie miganie LED) to po połączeniu z nadawana siecią WiFi, nie mogę się zalogować na moduł - przeglądarka wywala błąd "Przekroczono limit czasu połączenia", a po chwili widzę jak moduł się znów sam zresetował. Czyli te zawiechy i restarty następują zarówno podczas normalnego działania, jak i podczas przejścia modułu w tryb config.
Poza swoim modułem (z ESP-12F oraz po wymianie, z ESP-07S) testowałem firmware na wemos mini oraz tym większym - dzieje się to samo lecz te gotowce odrobinę szybciej wstają. Z początku generowałem firmware z ustawieniem pamięci na 1MB, dopiero później próbowałem z widocznym na fotkach ustawieniem 4MB. Oczywiście to samo ustawiałem w programie do wgrywania wsadu.
Czy ESP może mieć za mało podręcznej pamięci by to obsłużyć i stąd zwiechy i restart? Nie wiem o co chodzi z tą pamięcią podczas konfigurowania wszystkiego na module, ale jak wszystko ustawiłem to wyświetlało mi tam, że pozostało ok 18kB pamięci.
Wgrałem jakąś starą kompilację GG, która obsługiwała tylko przekaźniki i działa normalnie i mogę też bez problemu wejść ponownie do menu config.
Tak więc wina leży gdzieś po stronie GG lub ograniczeń ESP...

ZDECYDOWANIE wina leży po stronie samego GG. Udało mi się znaleźć na komputerze kompilacje GG z sierpnia tego roku, kiedy to przed projektowaniem PCB wszystko sprawdzałem na pająka i gotowych modułach. Wtedy wszystko mi działało i teraz na moim gotowym module ta kompilacja też bezbłędnie działa.
Tak więc proszę o uwagę osób, które od tego czasu coś zmieniały (a pewnie troszkę tego było) w Generic GUI.
W razie czego, zanim modułu nie mam zamontowanego to mogę potestować jakieś poprawki GG

Właśnie próbowałem się połączyć przez putty z modułem, po adresie IP na jakim się zgłosił w routerze lecz bez powodzenia.
Rozumiem, że jeśli w configu ustawiłem linie RX i TX pod czujniki DS oraz DHT to tymi liniami nie mogę już się wpiąć przejściówką żeby putty poprzez RS połączyć?

Ok, urządzenie jest co prawda na szynę DIN ale na napięcie 12V (obok mam zasilacz na szynie), także myślę że spokojnie mogę testy robić na tym zewnętrznym zasilaniu, podłączając z programatora jedynie GND, RX oraz TX.
Teraz jestem poza domem ale jak tylko będę na miejscu to wgram do modułu ponownie wygenerowane wczoraj firmware i sprawdzę co pokazuje.
Możesz na szybko jeszcze napisać jak mam ustawić putty - prędkość itp - nie wiem czy to takie same parametry jak ogólnodostępne w internecie czy pod firmware supli muszę inaczej ustawiać

Odnośnie podłączania się pod urządzenie pracujące na 12 V, to się nie wypowiem. Nie mam pojęcia czy to jest bezpieczne dla prorgamatora i komputera.

Wina leży chyba w czymś po stronie 1Wire. Wgrałem znów ten problematyczny wsad z przedwczoraj i dopóki nie skonfigurowałem 1Wire na liniach RX/TX to wszystko działało normalnie. I normalnie mogłem ponownie wejść w config. Kiedy już tam wszedłem, to skonfigurowałem na początek tylko czujnik DS18B20 na lini RX. Linię TX zostawiłem bez zmian z myślą, że może programator będzie mógł nadal z niej pobierać dane i w putty coś zobaczę.
I tu od razu po zapisaniu tych ustawień i restarcie modułu zaczęło się to samo - moduł się łączy z cloud, a po kilku sekundach zwiecha i restart. Co ciekawe - gdy podłączyłem czujnik DS do linii RX na której go skonfigurowałem, to problem ustał i znów jestem w stanie wejść w config, gdyż moduł się nie zwiesza i nie restartuje. Tak więc dzieje się to tylko gdy zadeklaruję na jakimś GPIO czujnik na 1Wire i niczego tam nie podłączę. Tego nie było w sierpniowym wsadzie kiedy go generowałem - mogłem ustawić czujniki DS i DHT na liniach RX / TX i ich od razu nie podłączać, a wszystko działało normalnie.

tak jak mówiłem - firmware generowany w sierpniu nie sprawia tego problemu.
