Pytanie:
Czy stosował ktoś kiedyś wzmacniacz sygnału do Zigbee ? Jeśli tak to jaki polecacie ?

Większość urządzeń zasilanych z gniazdka (230V) działa jak wzmacniacz (router) w sieci Zigbee. Taka generalnie jest idea Zigbee. Można zakupić dedykowane urządzenia (np. na USB), które pełnią tylko rolę przekaźnika sygnału (zwiększają zasięg sieci Zigbee). Mam kilka takich. Nie używam, bo wg mnie ich przydatność jest niewielka. Nic konkretnego nie polecę, bo kupowałem już jakiś czas temu, a co teraz przyjdzie - nie wiadomo. Przy obecnej cenie C6 lepiej postawić kolejną bramkę. Koledzy mają tutaj urządzenia, które dodatkowo oferują funkcję "turbo". Może podzielą się opinią i coś polecą.

Osobiście najbardziej polecam dobre gniazdko, np. Sonoff TPF, bo dostajesz 2w1 , tzn. gniazdko + pomiarem energii i router Zigbee a dodatkowo nie blokujesz żadnego gniazdka w domu zasilaniem wzmacniacza.

Mam taki plan do przetestowania:

- 1 bramka
- 3-4 takie gniazdka
- głowice TRV na grzejnikach
- kontaktory na oknach
- termometry w pomieszczeniach
- termostat ścienny przy piecu
- lokalna logika

Osobiście najbardziej polecam dobre gniazdko, np. Sonoff TPF, bo dostajesz 2w1 , tzn. gniazdko + pomiarem energii i router Zigbee a dodatkowo nie blokujesz żadnego gniazdka w domu zasilaniem wzmacniacza.

Za to do termometrów jest OK.

After a PTP Homey will build up the ZigBee network, but it might happen (too) many routers connect directly to Homey. The order in the ZigBeeoverview in the developers tool does not indicate in any way which routers are directly communicating with Homey, and which routers communicate via other routers.

As your routers are already paired, there is no need to pair again after they are powered off. So slowly means switching on one by one, wait till it is shown in the ZigBee network overview before switching on the next.

I suppose a PTP does not delete all your Zigbee devices. Just makes a really fresh start of Homey, as memory is cleared as power is off long enough. All bits just fell down

If you turn power off and on again, all routers try to connect to Honey all together at the same time. Then you will have a mess network, not a nice mesh network
Of course the ZigBee routing protocol should be robust enough to make a nice mesh, but you can give it a little help.

just a quick update since I’m pretty sure I found the problem.

I deleted all sockets from the Homey network and setup a new Zigbee network with zigbee2mqtt. Adding one and one socket I quickly found out that 4 sockets spammed the network with active/power messages (1-2 every second). The rest of the sockets reported only once per minute.

I haven’t tried to re-add them to Homey just yet, currently all the 38 devices are running perfectly on the zigbee2mqtt network after I changed the reporting config on those 4 sockets. If I have time this evening I will try to add all sockets except for those 4 to the Homey network and see.

PS! zigbee2mqtt rocks by the way! Easy to set up if you have a zigbee USB stick, and it provides you with so many options and also much more info!

Właśnie jestem po lekturze poprzednich i już jest jaśniej, cyt.: "When a device receives a broadcast message for the first time, it will re-transmit it at least once. The device keeps track of broadcasts that have recently been re-transmitted to prevent repeating messages forever. For large networks, broadcasts can generate a lot of traffic, and it takes time for the message to propagate to all devices.

Zigbee can only sustain an average rate of 1 broadcast per second, and multiple broadcasts within a short timespan increases latency. For more information, see this application note by Silicon Labs"
