you have to add a 3.3v voltage regulator and connect like this.

1. I'm trying to flash my esp, but I have a problem. What should I put into window after @?

3. What version of ESP flash download tool should I use?

Hello, I tried to flash your program to ESP twice (on two different models) and here it's what happened. ESP flashes once (shortly) when I power it up, or try to enable programming mode (in the way described in last sended tutorial. Situation repeated with other ESP 12f. Now, when I try to erase all from my ESP's, I only see those stripes:
What am I doing wrong?

you have no connection with ESP, check the connections and that the com port number is correct.
the parameters are not configured correctly in the image you attach.

Ja korzystam z takiego schematu jako minimum dla modułów ESP-12S/F.

Spróbuj podłączyć moduł zgodnie z tym schematem. Sprawdź czy Twój konwerter USB/RS232 podaje napięcie 3.3V (a nie 5V). ESP na czas programowania spokojnie zasilisz z konwertera. Oczywiście RX i TX na krzyż.
Aby wprowadzić ESP w tryb programowania musisz:
- uruchomić Flash Update Tool z właściwymi parametrami,
- zewrzeć GPIP0 do masy,
- podłączyć konwerter (połączony wcześniej z ESP) do portu USB komputera,
- rozewrzeć GPIO0 od masy,
- w programie wcisnąć przycisk ERASE. Wyczyścisz w ten sposób pamięć. Po poprawnym wyczyszczeniu pamięci odłączasz konwerter od USB i powtarzasz procedurkę, tyle że zamiast ERASE wciskasz START.
